where is the talk about the debt ceiling, and the second term options for president obama, or is there no talk about that today? >> today, not so much. but the whole weekend we've been hearing talk about this. congress has decided to ease up a bit, give a three-month extension so we can lift that debt ceiling for the next three months. that will back us into, by the way, the whole idea of sequestration and dealing with the debt crisis on a more firm note in about three months. so they're giving the president, they're giving everyone a little bit of time right now to work it through. i'm sure the president is grateful for that. but for right now, vice president biden, of course, has just taken his oath of office which is very important not only because it's nice to know the vice president's all lined up. but remember, joe biden becomes a very important person to look at over the next four years because there's talk of him running for the presidency four years from now. a lot of that will depend on what hillary clinton does. she's sort of the gorilla in the room right now. but substantiv

i understand that president obama has been working on that inaugural address that you talked about. scheduled to last 20 minutes. i don't know if he will stick to that time frame apparently he is going to acknowledge the differences in congress, that were in his first time, but also talk about the responsibility that both sides have to find common ground and move forward. the speech does need to be up lifting. second term speeches are rarely terribly inspiring. more of an olive branch speech to try to find some peace between both sides and sometimes it's more poetry than policy. as you mentioned, mike it's expected he would be discussing policy more in his state of the union speech later. a couple of people have asked who pays for this inauguration, especially since it's the second term. it is really necessary. it comes from a combination of funds. there are funds that come from the federal budge, that are set a-- budget, that are set aside. security, police, all the barricades needs to be paid for and also private donations obviously go towards a big part of paying for this second
